It's all doom and gloom when the "big" retailers are all out...gotta do some research and search the smaller retailers. If it's worth it that much, you will hunt one down on the secondary market. A lot of times, you can find a great deal right here on BF! I'm sure some of Barry's or Mike's SFO's will land on the exchange for at price or a little over msrp.Very true, Taylor! Many of the ones I'm getting are simply me being put on their list. Only two were typical reserves.
I hear you. The last run of 14s stayed on the dealer's shelves long enough to buy one without having to get on any reserve lists. I'm hoping the same will be true of this run, but I don't know how many regular non-SFOs are being made.
There are a lot of them in this thread. Just look back through it.Where are you guys finding the drawings of the various sfo's? The only one I'm getting is the CK sfo and I was hoping to see the drawing of it to wet my whistle.
CK didn't post a drawing of their SFO #14, at least not that I'm aware of.The only one I'm getting is the CK sfo and I was hoping to see the drawing of it

Thank you very much Lyle, and no need to apologize!I’m sorry Matthew and Taylor , I put y’all down but forgot to return communication. It’s been hectic for many reasons.
Thanks everybody for your interest.
You took the words right off my keyboard.Thank you very much Lyle, and no need to apologize!
I just know your 14 will be my favorite from this run! I just can't fathom why more retailers didn't elect to do a 2 blade version, given the vast number of single blades being made.
I agree 100% about being able to score one of the sold out knives later on the secondary market. Perfect example there's been not just one but two 2018 TC Ancient Barlow's for sale for only $50 over what the Dealers we're charging at a very popular well known knife site. For any other model that might not be such a big deal but for a TC Barlow it's a great deal and a year or two from now that knife will be selling for far more. lolIt's all doom and gloom when the "big" retailers are all out...gotta do some research and search the smaller retailers.
