New Contest - Big prize!

How's about we see who can drink the most Jagermeister? Last one standing wins. Right before the next machete demonstration, of course :D

riiiight. i only have 2 suture kits in my medic bag. I think we'd need WAY more then that!

nah, the tough contests can't be tested or proven over the internet. tracking is a great skill often overlooked that is necessary for bushcraft and survival, but how do you test it? I think a contest given two random household items to see who can make the most out of it would be cool-improvisation is another huge part of survival, and often you have to do with things that aren't necessarily the best items for your purposes, but with some ingenuity, can save a life or make your quality of life a hell of alot better.

I agree with that also, that's why i thought a presentation of educational media would be best. it kind of levels the playing field for the less than super skilled, and gives them a chance to research, conversely the bushcraft savy may have to work some computer programs. both would be about equally taxing to each lacking individual.

or even a long written pamphlet on the topic of choise.
