New Run of No. 15s (Beer Scout and Otherwise)

After I see my Barrel Oak in person, I'll decide if I'll pick up an Ebony Crown Lifter. I really like the lanyard tube of the Beer Scouts, but that Ebony has stolen the show so far for me.

Really loving my ebony. Quickly becoming one of my favorite cover materials

I'm impatiently waiting to see what these look like. I think I may regret passing on my Beer Barrel scout. Seems like they're putting them off/taking extra time with them. They must be special like Chris told me at BLADE.

I think your right my maroon macarta BS has outstanding walk and talk . The covers fit perfect with no gap anywere.
The blade is perfectly centered with a beautiful grind . I'm so happy with mine I'm thinking about getting another maroon or possibly beer barrel.
I pre-ordered mine in September and well worth the wait and would be willing to do it again. The Button was a very nice added bonus to!

I think it's a close match to their "green tea bone" from 2008.

Got mine in a few days ago and it hasn't left my pocket. Great walk and talk, centered blades fit & finish is just perfect. It seems to be a bit different than others that have been posted, there's no BS etch on the blade. I prefer no BS any way, so it just makes mine different/ one of a kind.

They do don't they? I just got my linen micarta Beer Scout & really like it, but covers made from oak beer barrel staves just seems appropriate for this knife.

Just came in today. Kept changing my mind from Maroon to Acrylic and finally pulled the trigger on the bone and I'm very happy that I did. F&F is outstanding. It's my first BS/15 and I'm noticing it has a great weight to it. Not sure if it's unique to the bone.

These photos of the bone make it look better than GECs photos did, but every time I look at that bone I think of dyeing it darker. It would look so good in dark brown.

EDIT and I'm gonna do it! knife inbound.
