New ZT/Hinderer Flipper is Coming!!!0560/0561

Love the brown on that man. Any feedback from the guys that have had them for a couple weeks? Any pros, cons, or thigs you would add or get rid of?
 
Only pros so far for me! Hasn't left my pocket and it's got some serious competition in my collection
 
I've had my 0560 for about a month now and I could not be happier. It has replaced my xm 24 for EDC and the performance is outstanding. It opens very easily with thumbstuds or flipper. I have to admit I have been easy on it until today. I was installing wall to wall carpet with underlayment today and could not find my carpet knife, well I bought the 0560 to use so I cut the underlayment and carpet for a 300 square foot room and it performed beyond my expectations. When I got done I was still able to pop some hairs off my arm! No issues with sideplay, lockup or anything! Can't wait to see the ZT contingent at Blade to thank them for a great product!

I cut up 4 or 5 cardboard boxes with mine and I was surprised at how keen the edge still was on it ..........
Most knives lose the crisp feelin almost right away , not this one.
Elmax is better than I expected.
 
I'm loving mine. I've been carrying it every day. The only single gripe I have is that I just personally don't care for deep carry clips. I'll probably be getting a Hinderer XM clip for mine eventually.
 
I wonder if it'd be possible for Rick to make some scales without the clip mounting screws? I'm right handed and would prefer one without the holes in it.

A usable edge? I don't really understand what you meant by that. Are you saying your 0560 didn't come with a usable edge? I'm just trying to figure out what you meant, because my 0560 and 0561 came very sharp. Speaking of which, I have a cut down to the bone on my pinky finger from my 0560. I havn't sharpened it, used it, and it's still the way it came.

I'm not trying to knock you. I'm actually curious if your edge came "bad".
 
Just got my email from dave 0560 and 0561 payed for an soon to be on the way.!!!!!!!! Been on the waiting list since June 14 of last year. Just put up my tent next to the mailbox.LMAO:):):):):):):):):):D
