Off to work I go....
Your mission, should you choose to accept it,is to keep this up on Page 1,for all the world to see.
A Monday Morning BRING IT!
Starting to get pretty excited... is that dorky? Being excited for a knife... you guys think I am normal, right? RIGHT?
I'm hoping for M390. C'mon M390!
Boy I'd love to be the one to put an edge on one of those. And I guarantee it'll cut free-hanging hairthis doesn't look sharp at all...
Against my better judgment, and I'll answer all the questions now:
Where can I pre-order? Nowhere. No model number at this time
Details, Details, Details....Don't have any, other than it's longer than the 551, and that there could be slight design mods.
When, When, When?...I don't know, but it will be making it's debut at Blade in June
Why, Why, Why?...I don't know
How Much, much, much?...I'm not sure...yet When will you, when will you, when will you?...When details are finalized
Hello Kershaw Customer Service? Who, What, Where, Why, and How much?...x 100 What are you talking about sir/madam? Thomas said, said, said...Thomas said Don't Call on this piece!!!
Mr./Mrs. Dealer calls...Why does my customers know about this knife before me?...BF Members pressured me into it Give me all the details...Go to BF's
I'm sick of waiting so long, why do they talk, talk talk, and never deliver in a timely manner?...Don't even start...
An early sketch (questions? Please see above, it's what we know today):

Looks nice, but I would lose the jimping under the handle near the back for more comfort and go with a flatter grind. The front choil area already locks the hand in good so I don't see the need for the rear jimping unless one is going to wear gloves when using it all the time. I do like the smooth scales though, that's a big plus IMO and it's looks like it will be nice and thin for easy carry too.
Just say'n.![]()
The first pictures showed a smooth scale, but I think that was just because the scale was not completed yet. Thomas posted this pic of the scales that were recently completed.

Those look pretty good really.![]()
Is the metal scale side going to be textured as well?
Any projected arrival date on these? Summer? Fall? Winter? I'm contemplating a non-ZT expensive knife at the moment but if this is coming out soon i may just wait for the ZT!
