Newbie collaboration knife?

I'll add the Alaskan flavor if there's still room. Great idea, escpecially donating the knife, I like that.

This may be a dumb question but... how does this work anyway? Do you mail the parts and pieces around or what?

Haley,

We each volunteered for a portion to the completing of this set. One of the first few pages should list each person's assignment. As each person finishes their respective step, then the piece(s) are forward to the next in the chain. As each person finishes their step, they post pics so the rest of us can live vicariously through the lens :D Not sure if there are any unoccupied tasks for you, but if there are, Scott Ickes (the original coordinator of this effort) would be the person to communicate with. Would love to have a talented artist as yourself on the team if there are indeed any other tasks available!!!

I received an email from Haley. Unfortunately, we closed the addition of new members to the team a while back. The only way we could really add new members, is if someone dropped out for any reason (illness, lost interest in knifemaking, financial reasons or whatever). I've put Haley and kvloll at the top of the list of people if we need a replacement.

However, if team members overwhelm me with requests to add the two of them to the team, I would definitely welcome them with open arms. I personally feel that we can't have too many people on the team. I've already done the forging of the hunter, and have other tasks on the list and would welcome passing those tasks on to others. Although they aren't necessarily knife related (Certificate of Authenticity), they are still vital to the successful completion of this project.

What are the thoughts of the others on this team?

Scott
I would be more than happy to let one of those guys have my spot

Any one of those "persons" as Haley is of the female persuasion :D

If we do have any drops, then I'm for letting them (or either) in. Not giving up the guards though, I just got good at slotting those suckers out! :)

The hawk head arrived today...I'll get some pics up asap.

Haley I offer my most sincere apology, My Dad would have swatted my behind
if he found out I had insulted a "female persuasion"
Please take my small part of this project
