I know of one HOG who got a little too excited during a Ganza and ordered the wrong colors. I didn't think it looked that bad but he hated it. If I remember right, Busse made sure the customer was happy, even though the mistake was admittedly not theirs.

I made the order during ganza and made a mistake on the order of prefferences, I noticed it latter on when checking on the email sent. I sent an email to lexi and they fixed the whole the thing without problem.
