Thanks, well Crimson gets the credit for that really, i told him the blade shape and handle material i wanted and said he could do the handle shape of that one. He is doing a great job though. On both. The small one looks exactly like the drawing i made. I love it.

Does anywhere sell cheap, really small, not yet heat treated pieces of steel? Like 1"x1" LMAO i know thats crazy small but i just want to try and file a piece of steel thats not yet heat treated just to see how soft it is... just to see the difference really. The places i know about only sell like 36" or 48" long pieces and they dont even say how much shipping is. That would be a waste, as i dont have the tools the really shape a knife and just want to try filing a piece thats not yet hardened.

More USPS fun! I ordered a Zancudo (ESEE folder) which shipped on the 2nd. Was supposed to be here yesterday, 2-day Priority.
It's currently in Opa Locka, Florida (basically Miami). USPS must route them through south Florida for additional heat treating. Smart.

From what I know lurking around of road forums, Berliner is tricky to remove from your hootus. Spray foam may be tricky as well then.
