Opinels are awesome. I keep one with the knife I made for myself for finer tasks. The only thing I don't like about them is how the wood swells in the humidity.

Need to get some more number 8s.

Well, the pictured Opinel is a new n°8. What I've done to some of my other Opi's that I've had much longer, is sand the handle a bit with some sand paper (just rough it out, you can smooth them again later on), and give 'em a good night's soak in a jar of mineral oil.
Works pretty good as a water repellent afterwards :thumbup:

Today after work, beer drinking sounds like a plan. Drunk until I can't feel my hand lol

I have great ideas. I filled that growler before I left and drank it all while the kids were at the park I'm now holding a solid buzz and about to eat some Chinese take-out. Winning!

Man.... Manny was robbed. After millions of Americans were robbed... . 100 bucks to watch a fight on TV is highway robbery. Then for Manny to lose.... Robbery i tell ya. Thievery.

We had some people over. Everyone pitched in to watch the fight, and now we get 3 months of showtime too.... But its still insane for a fight to cost 100 bucks on TV. I wouldnt of cared as much if Manny won though LMAO

Lol after drinking all afternoon I went to bed the same time as the kids at 8:15pm (I also got up at 4AM for work). I looked at the highlights this morning. I didn't miss much.

What can you say when the fighter that won owns the production company that presented the fight granted, he is a very talented fighter... but....

That's why I never pay for those fights. I went in on one years ago... Same crap. I felt ripped off cause the better fighter lost by decision to the champ. 100 bux down the crapper. Never again. I'll just read about it next day

I spent the night by the fire with a couple friends. No fighting.....but plenty of drinking.

Surprised to see the last log still sputtering flames and smoke this morning....though I finally figured out what to do with some very turned maple sap.

Don't know what fight you guys were watching, but Floyd easily won. He out threw Pac and was far more accurate. Pacs offence was shut down by the third round. 9-3 to Floyd.

Need to try not to be biased when scoring a fight, and always ignore both the commentary and the crowd.
