I believe that 100%..........

Hittin the sack now, me and the boy headin to Ethans tomorrow morning in the early A.M. pretty excited, not only because of the obvious, but my son will be with me and sounds like there's going to be a lot of new faces there, always like meeting new people.

Im jealous. Have fun you guys!!! I can imagine the boy is gunna have a blast!!


And im a firm believer in karma. I know i did a lot of things im not proud of in the past.... And hell i cant begin to count the ways the spirits got even. But i have spent the last 5+ years doing my damnedest to make up for the things i have done wrong... Little by little good karma is coming back.
 
Went for a physical today, for the first time in 6 years. The old ticker is good, blood pressure good, lungs good, etc. I do have peroneal tendonitis in my ankles, which I figured from Googling it. The doc recommended getting an Indo Board, holding on to the back of a chair, and stretching the tendons, which I'm gonna do.

indo boards are more about balance than stretching, yes?

typically tendonitis is cured by rest, warmth, and ibuprofen...

by rest: stop doing the thing that causes it. even if it takes months and months or years.

unfortunately...

He recommended the indo board. Yes balance, but he he said it works for stretching too. I went to the nurse practitioner a few weeks ago, because my doctor was on vacation. She had written down that it was peroneal tendonitis, but had me take blood tests, to see if my uric acid was high. I got a call back saying the uric acid was high, but it pissed my doctor off, because he said the test was normal. The practitioner did give me an anti-inflammatory, and it worked very well to get the swelling down. The doctor did say it was a long road to recovery.

What caused it, more than likely, was sitting a the same table for years, doing the same ol' repetitious work. There were shelves under the table, so I couldn't put my legs under it, and put them to the side of me, and back. That same old position over the years screwed it up.

What WW said. Call/email knifeworks know that they sent him a $400+ knife instead of the $175 knife he ordered. After some posts from the members the guy said he emailed them to tell them about their mistake. Whether he actually did or not, who knows. If he didn't, karma will Nite him in the rear.

I ordered an SS Emberlit, and got sent a Ti one. I contacted them, and said they realized their mistake, just to keep it. In all honesty, I debated it, but did the right thing the next day.

I remember that. I can understand wanting to keep a more expensive item, anyone would want to. Doing the right thing says a lot about a person too.
 
Ok, maybe that's not all.
