Glad to hear it's heading in the right direction. Blood sugar levels being out of norm ain't no joke.
 
Judt ordered a new tower. Should be here Saturday. Couldn't take it anymore, haha. Dell again. I thought my warranty expired on my old one, but it turns out I purchased a four year warranty. Maybe they can fix it, and I'll have a backup.
 
Last monday Guinnes passed away.
At the age of 10 he lived his life to the max.
Travelled all over europe, we were unseperatable.
He stopped eating so we made a last trip to the woods and then to the vet...:(

The house feels empty, and so does my life right now.
I know these feeling will mellow out but that'll take time.:(

My condolences on your loss. Guinness was beautiful. Our GSP/Lab just turned 10. I still feel the sting of taking our prior dog, a 16 year old Vizsla, to the vet in 2013. I REALLY, REALLY like the idea of a trip to the woods prior to the vet. I'm going to see if I can one to come to me or at least out to my truck in the parking lot next time. Hang in there.

Dang, I somehow missed this. SO sorry man. I haven't had a dog since I was a kid, but I remember that feeling.
 
Bought my refurb Dell computer 3 1/2 years ago, for $250. Purchased the 4 year warranty for $21. Hard drive went out, and I contacted the warranty center. They're going to cut me a check for $230. So, pretty much, I used that computer for 3 1/2 years for free.

That's a great deal. Glad it got sorted.
 
I got a walmart HP Crap Top, that was on the listing of an I3 and then they said it was my fault for not opening the box and checking the processor. Its a "Pentium Silver"! Whoop de da. And they refused to take it back. Its price came through at the Crap Top price it was at least so I didn't get cheated but just bait and switched, they tried to recharge a full cost of an I3 computer but my bank said "Fuck Off." It cost half as much as a "Top of the Uber Line" of USELESS Chromebooks and it streams pretty good. I got Libre Office Suite on it, then WINDOWS 11S decided to stop its anti virus working. Windows 11 fucking sucks.

But since its NOT a TOTALLY USELESS NO GOOD Chrome Book, my last one stopped up dating after just 5 months (That's why I call it a TOTALLY USELESS NO GOOD Chrome Book, because the TOTALLY USELESS NO GOOD Chrome Book can't seem to have a stable OS on it because the TOTALLY USELESS NO GOOD Chrome Book tries to make you use the cloud) I still can use this CRAP TOP for streaming and for Office Suite and a full keyboard I'm keeping it for a disposable affordable to loose Crap Top. All in all...eh' it works good enough for base bare functions and I paid its real price and not the I3 they tried to hide it as. So using it for now as a portable WP an streaming device with its wider screen.

It really is a hell of a good deal. I was shocked. On another note, looks like the home insurance people are going to do us right. They're going to pay 3 times what the roof fix was appraised at. Not to mention, they are going to pay the wife and I $42 bucks per hour each, at 5 hours clean up, and they're also going to pay for the ruts the truck and backhoe left in the yard.
 
Gota get that roof ready for Santa Clause and them yummy caribou...er Reindeer sausage components...er his 8 caribou engine powered sleigh!
