Bad Nocturnal Knives Order

OR.......ordering a steak and getting that hot dog and being told you're lucky you got that!
Was on You Tube earlier and saw that Will Moon is still making and selling. In the comments were some people taking Will's back in regards to those horrible people on the forums. Will told them not to sweat it because it's all BS.
These guys NEED to get what they deserve.
 
Well Friday came and went and no refund in the mail. So I'm assuming it didn't go out. I'll check the mail again tomorrow and shoot another email.

Regular mail can get just about anywhere in the US in 4 days

Not that this makes it much better but I believe the buyer suggested to just send a fixed blade because he was tired of waiting on the folder. Still not a good situation but it's not like gene said you get a fixed blade or nothing at all.

It looks like a couple people are starting to get their fixed blades, even if they ordered a folder... At least this is a step in the right direction. Gene give the people their refunds and if you can't make their knives just tell them and stop the excuses, you still have a very very long way to go. 2 years to get them something they didn't order to begin with is not making things whole, but at least it is a small effort. You slip even a little and this thread will fire backup in full force.
 
Tomorrow will be a week since I was told my refund was mailed. Not sure where it's coming from that it takes a week

And by "done this to you" I mean that Nocturnal Knives told you that your refund has been mailed, when in fact it was not.

It doesn't take a week man, it takes much longer than that, when Nocturnal Knives never mailed the check at all.
 
I have serious doubts that any of you are going to get your refunds. I'm wondering why nobody has pursued legal action yet. Most of this seems perfect for small claims court.
 
He told me a date it "should" be mailed but never provided a date that it actually had been. I reached out over the weekend and had a back and forth message exchange with him on IG and he told me it was mailed last Thursday. I'm trying to be positive and will reach out again this weekend if I haven't seen it.

Adian's refund, sent by mail, apparently. Why Nocturnal wouldn't provide tracking on it is beyond me, but par for the course. If anyone who has watched this whole thing unfold ever does business with Nocturnal Knives again, I'd be surprised.
 
I would hate to be adopted by someone with that sense of morality. Poor kid.
 
I'll find out in a couple hours. There is no place conus that should take a week for mail to arrive. And I believe he is in Ohio and I'm in Nebraska

Another fair point. Too bad the adoption agency doesn't check the BFC GB&U regularly. There is a lot to be learned here!
