Bad Nocturnal Knives Order

Am I missing something here? If I, or you , or anyone else sends a check in an envelope with a first class stamp.....there is no tracking involved!

I'm not suggesting he did or did not mail the refund, but if he did as described just above.....no tracking.

Nocturnal Knives never provided tracking on anything because Nocturnal knives never mailed anything.

I hate that it's been so long without a resolution for you. I don't believe that I would be able to show the restraint and good humor that you have if it happened to me.

Here's hoping that the 3rd time is the charm for you with Nocturnal Knives.
 
So, it appears this has turned from making excuses to just flat out lying. He's posting on Instagram that he's sent out one whole knife this week & it seems like he's still accepting new business. Just completely nauseating.
 
So it appears Gene is back at the lying game again.... I'm amazed at how easily everyone forgives and I'm saddened by how guys like Nocturnal knives constantly take advantage of customers and repeatedly scam them.
 
I can't even be mad about it anymore. It has been a good lesson learned that is for sure, but I still love knives. I'm working with Skike Customs right now and he has been a pleasure to deal with
 
Man, wish I could say I was surprised, but these POS scumbags are the same no matter what the forum is. There are plenty of these losers in the car world also that I've run into.

^ This has been a very frustrating/maddening thread to follow, Adian. I'm sorry that you had the misfortune of choosing such a slime ball of a human being to do business with.

As for you, Gene- Someday, you will choose the wrong person to mess with...& when that day happens, I hope Karma turns YOUR life irreversibly upside down! You deserve it!

Checked the mail today already since I'm off work and nothing. He responded last night and said he would overnight it to me today and I told him I would send it back if I received the original refund

It has been frustrating, but even with it going on, I still have faith in the knife community. Have great people like Busse and now Skike that I am dealing with.

I had never brought up the Nocturnal issue to Skike, but he sent me a message stating he had come across what I've gone through with it and is going to show me that not everyone in the industry is like that. It's people like that that keeps me in the knife community and makes a lifelong customer of me. So I def want to put a plug out for him Skike Custom Knives.

Whether I'm being trolled by being told things were sent and they weren't, I don't know. But I'm sure sooner or later it will arrive if for no other reason than to stop getting my weekly emails that I haven't received it.

The first 2 paragraphs, are refreshing, & are a reflection, of how most honorable companies in this industry operate.

^What type of human being, would get off being such a sick minded individual? At first, I'm one of the member's whom truly believed that Gene would eventually come through...now, I highly doubt it.
