I made a purchase from MSTEPHEN not knowing about this thread. We had a "slight" mix up in the beginning, but nothing big. Three days after my purchase I inquired about my cleaver and these are the responses I received.

There may be one 'victim" but the list of people mstephen insulted and attempted to degrade includes ALL of us.He may make good knives,he may treat some people fairly but if he insults everyone he has as a prospective customer then he must be independently wealthy or just stupid and arrogant. Furthermore as one of the insultees I am not happy about this moronic behavior but I will let my wallet speak for me and I and anybody I can warn will not be buying any of your knives Mr. mstephen.You will probably have some quip for me too;that is your own insecurity leaking out;you need help!

It appears you wanted to help, but in doing so, you actually hurt mstephen. Just saying...:)

Lots of reading here, but I believe from page 1, it was supposed to be regular old USPS delivery, and would have taken a bit of time to arrive. After the fact that the 15 day time span came and went, it was then Expressed for a quicker delivery time. I'd say that in Mark's own way, he did make an attempt to get it there sooner :) Of course, this whole 8 to 9 pages could have been prevented in just saying so in the first place with the subtraction of the name calling.....;)

Edit: didn't realize this thread had been resurrected :eek: I wouldn't have seen it if echo-7 hadn't posted :o
