Nutnfancy Sebenza Review

Lots of hate on him here, i' surprised. I guess I'll be the first to say I really enjoy his reviews and feel comfortable calling myself a TNPer. I didn't agree with him about the sebenza, but that's why I like him. He voices his opinions and sticks with it.

I'm not by any means a fanboy, I just really like his stuff.
 
I thought it was a fair review. He reviews all his stuff from a certain point of view, one that you may or may not agree with or even understand. That doesn't make it a bad review. I find the people dismissing his (or anyone elses) opinions are just as pretentious as him. Kind of gives weight to his half joking notion of "douche knife".

Yes he has his opinions, but he seems to think that he is a messiah or something. I used to enjoy the knife review videos when the lasted <10 minutes. He's a legend in his own mind though.

I saw several of his "sick" "special edition", "highly collectible" "TNP signed" knives being resold on various auctions and forums and the owners wanted at least 5 times more than what the knife was actually worth.. for instance, a tiger striped dura-coated Tenacious for almost $300..

And to think that some poor guy will end up with it thinking that he got something special.

pretty sad, that...

I watched a few of his vids when I was beginning,
it didn't take long for me to move on to greener pastures.

Overly cursory and at the same time long-winded!
 
Hey everyone. I'm kind of a lurker here on the forum, I joined up because I value others opinions--the same reason I watch Nutnfancy, among others.

I have to laugh at all the critical posts that have been put up that begin by stating that they did not watch the review then proceed to criticize it.

If you had watched the review, Nutnfancy talked about "Two kinds of Cool." He always mentions it, the first kind of cool is practicality; the second is the way it turns you on. He said in the review (and other reviews), if you just love it, it connects with you, great.

You can be turned on by Glocks because the, no frills, way they work--Cool. You can love your tricked out, engraved, custom, stag gripped 1911 because it's beautiful--Cool.

I personally have a hard time taking seriously the opinions of anyone who can't see and respect the other side of the equation.
 
When celtic pride says we should thank him for his service, he means military service. Then he Equates military service with American citizen's freedom. Like it or not, this is a political statement, but because his political stance is pro-state, he doesnt receive an infraction.
But the important thing to note here is the mistake he is making. I don't mean to offend any servicemen or women here, but you should understand exactly why your country is always at war.
If i feel sorry for him, its not an insult. I legitimately feel sad for the majority of americans
 
I don't know about all this... I walked away from the video with the understanding that he liked the knife, but it was way overpriced and that he was sick of people trying to justify the price. I think most of yall are over analyzing this in my opinion. However it did bother me when he called it a "tactical knife" because I never thought it was marketed as one- but I could be wrong. I really like Nutnfancy and he's one of the few reviewers I can sit through a 50 min review of whether I agree or disagree with what he's saying.

Wow, frenchmade, talk about opening your mouth and proving yourself an idiot. I've no doubt your'e a very brave person with a keyboard.

There was mention of a douche a few posts back.... thank you for the clear example.
 
He'd be better if he'd skip a lot of the intro stuff, and just talk about the knife. I've moved on to Jdavis, who I believe actually talks about the knife a lot more, and has an EDC stance, which I prefer to the more fanciful hardcore use type.

I've been to BC many times. It is a wonderful beautiful place so I will not insult you or your country but you are insulting our service men and that is uncool.

It's the guy standing next to you when you serve not the so called action.
