Is there a precedent for skipping a month?Wondering if there's even an October BOTM coming, with the Kalinga re-release and the Danny 2.0 run seems like a lot going on...
Me either! They haven't skipped a month yet. I don't see them starting now!

I was going to say everyone has slightly depleted bank accounts since the Peretti thing but then I realized that only affects no more than 200 people (less because some people bought multiple models). I'm not sure how big the Buck knife collecting universe is regarding BOTM. If Buck puts out a BOTM that isn't too "ordinary," I wonder how many people Buck can rely on that would have ordered one. I have been one of those people but I did pass on the last two offerings. If the price isn't too high and if it is something that has some "wow" factor, I am usually in. It seems they don't have trouble selling out 500 of things that have some "wow" factor. Like the copper February BOTM I think sold out very fast. They have sold out all the BOTM except April. I bought that one but I am sure it isn't selling because the price is high for what it is. They still have 180 of those. Maybe those that didn't get one in April will be able to pick it up at a discount at the end of the year.I wouldn't mind a slight delay to at least let my Peretti purchase transaction get posted.![]()
It may be the BCCI affliction also.I was going to say everyone has slightly depleted bank accounts since the Peretti thing but then I realized that only affects no more than 200 people (less because some people bought multiple models). Are you the guy to talk to about that stacked leather handled 105 (preferably in a premium steel) for which I've been hoping?Me either!
cerakoted too? After getting the Danny 907, I hope the BOTM is a Spitfire...lol
leather handled....yep.....but even other handles I'd likely buy.....Acknowledging the wisdom ofHickory n steel , I would definitely accept the aforementioned 105 in uncoated 5160
I'd love Buck to do something in bare 5160 and stacked leather, especially with brass fittings.leather handled....yep.....but even other handles I'd likely buy.....
I'm always good with 117. just not really a fan of the 102. handle is just too small and short for even my little girl sized hand. cant imagine it in Roger'sI'd love Buck to do something in bare 5160 and stacked leather, especially with brass fittings.
The 105 isn't for me, but a 102 or 117 I'd love.
I'd be happy for you guys if they did a 105 though.
