Stroke swam 450 meters/.25 miles, 1.5 BP
Daily total - 5.75 BP

Current Total BPs: 30.5
 
Closing in on the goal - with a 3 1/2 mile walk today, now at 43.5 Becker Points. Might finish this week or for sure next week.

Got in the gym for a short walk this morning.. I slacked off too much after Thanksgiving.. felt lethargic this morning. Coupled with me moving the alarm clock yesterday and not making sure it was still tuned on a station... got up an hour late this morning and dragged butt getting ready to go.

Got a measly 1.16 miles this morning.. total to date = 27.04 points.

Been a while since I updated. Yikes... Does taking down a 100-year maple and processing the wood for 3-days get me anything?

Good morning walk today. Wonky back finally eased up enough for me to get mobile. 3.51 miles today, total 24 Becker Points.

Yesterday swam a dozen laps, walked 1.92 miles. Blizzard conditions today. -24C with the wind chill, dumped about a foot of snow. Oh well, still trudged out. Walked 2.01 miles. Total 28.93 Becker Points. Yay, over halfway there!
 
Only got a mile walk in tonight. Total BP = 35.

Tomorrow's my daughter's birthday, so it's doubtful I'll add anything. But I've finally wrapped up a project that's been hogging all my free time. So, hopefully, starting Wednesday I can focus on getting my numbers back up.
 
I'm out, sprained my ankle proper....boooo

Oh no! Back on your feet soon, I hope.

I'm laying low myself with some twinges in my Achilles. Taking it easy, icing, stretching, rehabbing, etc. so it doesn't turn into full-blown pain.
While I'm doing the rehab, I'll hike a few miles here and there. Also, biking doesn't put the same stress on this tendon, so I may go ride this Sunday.
I should be close enough to finish by the 15th.
 
Did some run/walk intervals tonight, which felt really good.

12-2: 2.5 miles walk/run, 2.5 BPs
