I appreciate the kudos gents, but it's far below what I had planned. Since it has been colder then a witch's titty in a brass bra the last week and a half, I've not been able to log in some real mileage on my bike; couple that with a weight gain of 10 lbs over the past month really sucks....Thanksgiving certainly didn't help much. No longer too sexy for myself 6' 2" and 180 lbs of romp and stomp, I'm slowly turning into a chubalunga Pillsbury Dough Boy Biscuit....a freaking biscuit!!!

Oh the shame, the horror, the bad kharma of being called Biscuit Bumb...my life's over.

Walked my standard four miles this morning with the dog which puts me at 38 miles for the last two weeks.

Hiked 1+ miles with the family yesterday. We'll just call it 1BP.

Ran a local 5-miler this brisk sub-20-degree morning. I wanted to break 40 minutes, and I crushed it, probably because it was so damned cold! 5 BP.

31 BP so far.

7 miles this morning. 38 BP total to date.

This is only my second post in this thread and my first with any mileage, so I'll introduce myself again.

I'm Alex, a college student in Florida, 5'7" 152 lbs., and a collegiate rugby player. However, at practice a little under a month ago I screwed up my left knee so I haven't been able to participate at all.

Yesterday however, I got out on a 5.8 mile hike in Johathan Dickinson State Park and practiced some firecraft. Even got to stretch my leg a bit and do a bit of trail running. Loaded up my small CamelBak with a Mora Companion and an Ontario Freedom Fighter, water, and some fire starting supplies and just got out and enjoyed nature for a bit. Really feels good to be able to get out and breathe in some fresh air.

So final count = 5.8 miles / 5.8 bp

Made it to Tahoe, but there's no snow. No skiing after all. But I managed to walk a mile yesterday for a total BP=32.

I have been serious slacking.. was going to hit the gym today but doesn't look like it will happen. Will have to get some miles in tomorrow for sure.

26.32 BP to date.

11/30/2013 7.72 miles: 1 hour jogging, and then the walk back home.

BP to date 34.04

Pushed harder this time for sub 9 min/ miles for the first couple of miles. Managed to maintain it through the whole hour. That pace is nothing to write home about, but with my short legs and aversion to running, this is huge for me. This thread has me going out of my comfort zone, and that's a wonderful thing.

Side note, it's the last day of November and I was able to catch up on my tan. Strange spurts of warm days here in northern CA.

11/26/2013 Walking 2.5 miles 2.5 points
27.4 (previous) + 2.5 = 29.9 points

Out of pocket - delayed reporting...
11/27/2013 - Walking 2.0 = 2 points
11/28/2013 - Walking 0 miles = 0 points
11/29/2013 - Walking 1.5 miles = 1.5 points
11/30/2013 - Walking 3.0 miles = 3.0 points
Total 6.5 new points

29.9 points (previous) + 6.5 points = 36.4

Finally got back to exercising after the holiday with a bit of walking and weight lifting.

11-30: walked 3.1 miles for 3 BPs

Current Total BPs: 24.75

I added another four miles to my total this morning which brings me to 42 miles and 42 Becker Points.

Today's distance was 6.62 miles walking, did a short shoulder routine in the gym mainly just showing my wife some stuff.

Total BP - 49.89

Ice-skated with the girls for about an hour and a half yesterday, but gliding and sliding probably doesn't count.
Walk a mile last evening, and another this morning bringing total BP to 34.
