Official Northeast Beckerhead Spring Gathering. PICS ADDED.

I was actually thinking of adding "any NH residents" to that, because I was thinking specifically of you guys and the other out of staters....maybe I'll actually catch some dinner - though with my track record, I sincerely doubt I'll do anything more than drown some bait.
 
Yeah, I doubt I'll get a nonresident license for the day. I do want to get out more in Maine this year though....
 
Ok let's talk food.
I will be bringing bacon and kielbasa for breakfasts.
Chicken for Saturday night unless we could do chili to go with whatever else we grill?
 
We can bring a few dozen farm fresh eggs for breakfast.

No rabbits ready for Chili though.

What do we need for Friday night? I can bring burger and buns; just need to know how many/much. Chicken for Saturday night sounds good...unless you want me to pick up a couple giant pork loins and we could give the Death by Pork Loin a go....
 
Mmmm, pork loin. I'd vote for that over chicken, personally. Though grilled chicken is damn tasty, too....

I'll bring my Weber and some charcoal, so we'll be able to cook just about anything we want....
 
Probably won't need a spit for pork loin. I can do a good low & slow with the loin in the Weber if you wish. A spit would also work.....

Just talked with Trailbum; I'll be bringing burgers & buns for Friday night and loins for Saturday. Really, really looking forward to this. Gonna go start a fire in the back yard right now in preparation....
 
I'll bring the grill, some charcoal, plenty of spring water, and some good butter & potatoes. We can do up some baked potatoes with the loin. Oh, and plenty of mead.
 
I'll be bringing some pork roll to add to the breakfasts, along with a few other local treats for snacks, additions, etc.

I saw some at BJ's a few weeks ago, though I don't know what the brand was...I'll see if they have some when I'm getting pork loin and burger.

Tho it won't be the same without you manning the tongs, daiz.
