Yea i think they look cool. And D2 is also some good steel, same thing as the folder im trading.
This is the one the guy has to trade, its the V1. I like it better without the guard like what is on the V2... And it does look like it could be comfortable on this video.

Well i think im going to give it a try and see how it works out. I think it looks really cool, and i like this version without the guard much better.
We shall see!!!
I am not a lawyer or "chicken little," but I'd have a concern here in Texas.
Texas includes "knuckles" as a prohibited weapon. In the Texas Penal Code, knuckles is defined as any instrument that consists of finger rings or guards that are made of a hard substance and are used for the purpose of inflicting serious bodily injury or death. Using the two finger grip with both fingers inside the rings would seem to create a set of knuckles. If I were to carry such a knife and use it in self defense, there would be a chance that using "knuckles" in addition to a blade might result in a more negative "involvement" with law enforcement. Your state laws may differ, but I would stick to a more conventional blade here in Texas.
Just got an email. A used T.M. Hunt Maguna and Hornet are slowly but surely headed in my direction.
Doesn't the waiting game suck? I'd much rather play "hungry hungry hippos"
Well I hope it works out. I also like that version more. Boker makes a licenced copy that's only about $30 so maybe I'll give that one a try and see if I like it before spending the real money.
The second hole is really only there to lighten the blade. Your middle finger goes under in the grove between the two holes.

Thanks man,
And i have seen the SOG version but dont think i seen the Boker one yet.
Another cool looking, kind of similar knife is the White River Knife and Tool "Knucklehead".... Its made in S30V and runs around 65 bucks.
And congrats on those awesome scores bro!!
What are those scales made of 710?
Nice work!
