Well heck. My circular saw just died after 25 years of limited service. Any new technological developments in circular saws I should be looking for when I go to the store?
most of them are just as loud, have half the power, and come with safety devices.
if I didn't already have a bunch of cordless tools that would become redundant and incompatible, I'd be looking at one of the big name cordless saws that use 7 1/4" blades.
is your old one really dead, or does it just need a new cord and brushes?
