It certainly is, hope she's doing OK :( I was lucky enough to have been gifted mine by Charlie :) I found these knives, and the accompanying thread, fascinating, so much great history to mull over :thumbsup:
 
I like "Old Friends Friday". It prompts me to look for the knives I haven't carried for awhile. Then after getting one of them out I often wonder why I don't use it more often, here one of those. It hasn't been carried for at least a year but today I'm glad to have it in my pocket. A replica by Queen of a Shatt and Morgan offered in their 1906c catalog.
