On Playing Wordle . . .

Here's another Wordle "cheat" site that will unscramble letters in a Wordle specific way.

I tried using it on some past puzzles (like the one above) that I had difficulty solving BUT it really didn't help. It actually made choosing a possible solution HARDER because it revealed SO MANY other options that didn't even occur to me that were not ruled out by previously cancelled letters.

So, I'm not sure how useful it actually is but it's there if you dare/care to use it. ;)
 
Just started playing. I'm 1 for 1 with 100% win rate. 5 guesses.

I'd also like to announce my retirement from wordle. I'm going out undefeated and on top.

Look for my book, "How to play Wordle and never lose" coming out later this year.
 
Three is good for me, as I never go for it on the second guess. My wife and son like to remind me that they both got it a couple times in two.

A respectable Par 4. Had some trouble w/this one. It was reportedly difficult for others on the Net as well. My problem was that I blanked (very unusual) on the 1st word (usually only blank on the 2nd word) and pulled 2 really common letters in the 2nd try. Both in the green, nothing else in the yellow.

Was lucky enough to reveal the 3rd letter on the 3rd try (again in the green) which led to the answer BUT it would have been much worse if I didn't get the 2nd letter because there were so many possible word variations using only the 1st/3rd letters.

Don't think I've ever had a board showing just green letters. Again, very unusual. 🤷‍♂️

Agreed.

It's usually better to take some time to think about it rather than trying to solve the puzzle too quickly.

Haven't played Quordle for awhile due to a general lack of success but was able to solve today's Puzzle #59.

Not a great score but as has been said here previously: "A win is a win." :)
