One knife for 2011?

I bet that mini trapper you won has been in the secondary rotation?
 
You got that right, Spoutz.:thumbup: In fact, it has been my secondary knife since I got it. It's doing a pretty good job of growing on me.:D

I won a green böker congress about a week or two before you won yours and I want to carry it but am sticking to my trapper. I usually finds it's way into a pocket. Same boat you are in my friend haha.
 
I'm out!!

It was more out of an accident then choosing to go for a different knife. I put my Electrician in my valuables pocket of my golf bag yesterday and forgot about it, so when I left today to make a run to the store I took my Case Texas Jack instead.

I guess I could have gotten it out of the golf bag but I made it longer than I expected. Plus I was getting tired of just looking at all my other knives instead of using them. I did learn that the Electrician is the only knife I really need. It does everything I need a knife to do.
 
I thought I'd stick my nose in here again. I never thought I could do this and I was right of course, so I don't have face to lose. I know my father and my father in law carried the same knife for years at a time, but they only had the one. On the other hand, I have dozens of knives and like them all. I have given away to others here knives that I liked so they could enjoy them.

There are a few that I carry fairly often, one I carry most of the time, some I carry once in a while and a large group that just sit in the box or storage drawer. Flying in the face of this thread, I have been trying to carry a more diverse group of my knives rather than fewer.

It is interesting to read how you folks are doing with this self imposed test of your wills. Good luck to those of you that are able to pull this off!!!
