https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/bladeforums-2024-traditional-knife.2003187/
Price is $300 $250 ea (shipped within CONUS). If you live outside the US, I will contact you after your order for extra shipping charges.
Order here: https://www.bladeforums.com/help/2024-traditional/ - Order as many as you like, we have plenty.
Is it safe to assume that it will be 1095 carbon steel?
It was indeed closer to 350 knives last year.
So a little more info on this year's knife; here are renderings of the engineering drawings:

Bill would like to make us some worm-groove handles. Here is an example of a Robeson of similar pattern. These are worn and faded. Our handles would have much denser jigging, with a rich brown color!!

Here is a drawing/comparison of the source for the #35 pattern!!!

" As a reminder - the knife in discussion is most likely a 3 and 3/4" equal end knife, most likely with a single spring, main blade on one end, and a punch/awl on the opposite end. "
The simple bar shield, single spring construction, 1095 steel, threaded(lined) bolsters. It's gonna be a good'un!!
Just to remind you all, these will be forthcoming this fall and will be distributed by Gunstock Jack's again this year. Don't know how much so don't ask, as this won't be determined until final production is close.
I will NOT be checking each and every knife, as that is QC's job at GEC. Shipping alone is a major project, let alone keeping all the orders straight.![]()
