I don’t remember seeing these display cases before. I cannot even imagine the value of these knives. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Mind blowing. What a legacy. Bravo Bravissimo!

We got into Portland a little late (by the time we got on the road to Eugene it was 10:30). Had to find some place that was open late to grab a bite. Thankfully there was an In-N-Out right off the highway in Salem. I hadn’t had it since we left Arizona 7 years ago.
