A display of Kindjals of the Caucasas. This display belongs to Dale Larson, a prominent bowie collector and a very fine gentleman to talk to.

I have pics of quite a few more displays, but, have to go out to run some errands. Will post more later.

Not entered as a display, this is part of the personal collection of a fulltime dealer. It is part of his collection of Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish knives. There are some beautifully carved handles and sheaths. My photos do not do it justice.

Yeah, great show with a lot of friends and many fantastic knives! I was pretty well whupped by the time Sunday afternoon came around, but Ivoryman helped me with the loading and I was ready for home! Unfortunately, I got about two blocks before the brake pedal went to the floor! What?? Whatsup?? Got to the curb with traffic whipping by on Washington St. and got out and looked under my truck where brake fluid was pissing out like a young man! Crap, no brakes and on the street in a busy town on Sunday night. Whelp! Call a tow to Les Schwab where they do brakes, right? Nope, not brake lines. So the nice man (Cody) at Uncle Les checked around for me for a shop that could repair the line. Another tow to a full service shop who thought they could get right on it, and they did! They were awesome and had me on the road by 2pm Monday. Amazing service from SMALL WORLD AUTO in Eugene. Super nice folks and I was so happy, because I thought I'd be spending another couple nights in town, at least! But they had the used lines in stock and fixed me up.

If you are ever in Eugene and have a mechanical issue with your vehicle, give Small World Auto a shout. Very professional and great service.
Glad you finally got the help you needed from SMALL WORLD AUTO, Barry!!!

There were not as many displays this year. Two usual ones that were missing were the display of the Greenhough exhibition knives and the extensive display of miniatures. The owner of the Greenhough display used to have a display of Sunday knives, all pearl. He has broken up that display and is selling them and has also sold the Greenhough display. I believe the lady that had the miniature display has passed on.

Thanks for taking the pics and posting them Dan!! Just Great!!👍
You've not only brought the show back for a second look, but shown me at least, a lot of knives I missed while tending my own table!!
Many Thanks!!!!

The first release of the “Diamond Jack “ in 2013 there were 3 two blades and a single blade. The Antique Yellow Jigged bone #58 there were only 3 made. Charlie, Duncan and I have one. The second release in 2017 there were 3 single blades, #62 is the harder one to find with only 6 made. That one has satin finish blade and different jigging.

Dave

PS I’ll get a better picture up to show the ones hidden in the shadows!
As promised Jack!!
