Thanks again Dave, that's a good picture of you and Charlie.

Charlie ,I can see most of the etch on the sleeveboard, I put it up on the TV screen.

Thanks Dave for the Photos and the great commentary that went with them my friend.
I do hope you know in 2020 I will be around your ways and will be popping in with Paul- before we go down to the Oregon Show - where you GOTTA be my friend!

Charlie- gorgeous Schrade - Oh man.....
and then that lovely big ol’ Utica!!!
Gorgeous Bone / or should it be called Worm Grooved Stag?

It seems the pile side on older knives is always less distressed. I wonder if the oil in the palm of your hand has anything to do with it?
I know the sun has affected many that are on boards and otherwise.Love the Utica Charlie.

I had seen the photo Dave on AAPK, so thanks are in order for you Dan , sorry. You captured perfectly a couple real hombres.

That is actually stag on the swing-guard, Duncan! I knew you'd like that knife!!:D
You too, Lyle!! Wish you were able to make Oregon - you and Jan would have enjoyed yourselves immensely!

More Oregon Booty!!
The 1980s Al Mar, was a partial trade for yet more beads. It has an ATS-34 blade and Ivory micarta in mint condition.
The other knife is a Coast Guard rope knife by Utica in 1944, picked up in a Washington antique store on the way home!!

And congratulations to waynorth and knowtracks for their award winning display.
Great haul also from waynorth, and I'm particularly smitten with that jumbo sleeve board Empire. :)
