Our "Front Porch" ....

That is frustrating indeed. Word of mouth is best. Call your Insurance Agent if he is local. If he is worth his salt he will have some good recommendations.

If any of you guys have yet to see it...just for no other reason than to see a pleasant change of cadence to the usual song and dance of similar speeches occurring this time of year...take a gander at Admiral McCraven's UT 2014 Commencement Address...it's easily found on uTube.

This weekend is about far more than swimming pools and grilled foods or ice cold beer. That said, I'll be raising a glass to all deserving and Monday morning will have this beauty lowered 1/2 staff till noon in honor as well.

Enjoy your weekend, all.

A heartfelt thank you to those who do the things that need done.

Never forget.

Hm, never thought of that. Good recommendation. We live in a small town and a lot of the "mechanics" are guys that worked on their own cars and felt they were experts and opened shop. There are a lot of hacks. :)

The Agent should be a good source (If he isn't get one that is) He can also call his Claims partner, they are in and out shops on a daily basis. They know who's good and who isn't.
Good luck.

Pretty bummed, can't make it to blade. Bad news from the Dr. While reading my back Mri, Ive got a spot on my right kidney. Probably the big C again :(. My back getting fixed is on the back burner again. In Aug, 2013 then found a good sized tumor on my left kidney during a back Mri. They rushed me into surgery a week later to have a partial kidney nephrectomy. Got it all out, was stage 1 kidney cancer. Now they see a spot on the right kidney, so now I have to go back to Mayo clinic for a Ct scan. Not the best news to hear at the age of 40 with a wife and 4 year old. Man I'm stressing. Hope that all you guys that make it to blade have a fantastic time, and get your dream Hinderer knife :)

My grandparents are fighting cancer, but they are over 80. 40 is just too young, thoughts and prayers for you.

Sorry to hear that, I hope you can get everything sorted out and can enjoy many years ahead with your young family.

Chris, sorry to hear about the spot on the kidney, hopefully it's not cancer, if it is sounds like early detection and today there are many treatment options. Got to stay positive, thoughts and prayers your way.
Joe

Chris, sorry to hear that but like FO said hopefully this is very early detection and you'll pull through and have many happy years left in you. Best of luck buddy.

Chris, so sorry to hear about this. But, you caught it - and early it sounds - the first step. I know it's hard to do (I've been there) but try to think positive thoughts, it helps. My thoughts are with you my friend!

Chris, I am sorry to hear about the spot they found.... Hopefully this is the early detection stage.... You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers brother... Think positive, get positive!

Chris, I know I speak for more than just myself here, you let us know if you need anything brother! Prayers coming your way (many of them)

Hey guys thank you so much for the well wishes, it really means a lot to me. I will definitely keep you posted. CT scan isn't until June 23rd(wish it was sooner), so I am definitely going to need to save some cash. I just finished paying for the surgery in Aug. last month. I'm going to continue my daily routines and try not to let this get me down. Going to keep going to the gym and and stay active as possible. I'm going to beat this cancers ass!!!!!!!!!!

Smoke sent, Chris.

Positive energy sent in your direction for only the best outcome and my best to your family.
