Hey when they are released if it's not spoken for I am interested in your Para2 will you shoot me an email and let me know. I missed the pre order by a day or two I just wasn't paying attention

Spyderco could shift their entire production to Para 2 sprints and sell all of them. The knife sold out in 7 days and has taken something like 10+ months to produce.

I ordered 2 as Keepers. I might be impatient if I was looking to flip these for profit before Christmas, but, I'm not.

Looking forward to a pair of outstanding knives. Good things come to those who wait.....

Hey no one had asked him on the thread yet lol. I agree with you good for Spyderco though I just wish they would make a CPM-m4 version

Well, since there are other knives out in CTS-204P, I doubt this is the case... And Im pretty sure Carpenter knows more than you "think".
 
I sure hope i can get one of these on another run. I am really bummed about not getting this one. :(

Not likely. If you want one without paying a resale premium, contact KW and get on their backup list.
 
I'm on the KW list as well... I thought I had the inside track, but it seems that theres plenty folks on that damn list. I WILL NOT purchase it with gouged prices on the secondary market. I'm thinking the only way I get one is if KW does a second run. Haha, here I am wishing for a second run while the first is MIA.

Oh, I really want one... But The money I earn didnt grow on trees, Im just not into buying newly released knives at prices set by random people. I dont support it, there will be some not out to make a profit kind enough to pass along this knife for a good price, kudos to them. Enough about me though, do you really think that "one less person to worry about" changes anything? If you really do then good luck with that, you shouldnt ever "worry" about anyone taking your knife.

I will try to get one from KW. If i can, great. If i can't, then sucks to be me. There will always be other knives out there to buy.

The only second run I remember in the last few years is the BBS M390 Para2.

Sucks to be me for lots of reasons. I missed out on all of the sprints in the past few years, had to buy a brown and blue one on the secondhand market. Fortunately I didn't get sc@&$ed too badly. I wouldn't pay the inflated prices for one from a speculator, partly on principal. I don't know if I can tell the difference in the steel anyway and there are plenty of stock knives from other manufacturers that I have on my wish list, more than I can afford anyway. I'm on the KW list for the green but that doesn't guarantee anything and my chances are probably limited. If I don't get green then I might just buy a Gayle Bradley instead.
