Due to all the Condor Mini Bushlore talk, I thought I'd give some pics about the full size I just got. Gave a mini review but no pics. Gets a wicked edge, easily maintained with a strop, and handles the work. Wood is a mix of malberry, maple and pine.

Just wanted to share what I'm up to recently, I'm making a set of custom moon glow scales for a G10 dragonfly for my very good friend Lionesser, obviously far from being complete, just a little tease, I should have them finished up by the weekend and will post some better photos then.

Lionesser thanks for all you've done for me! (and whetstone too even tho IDK what exactly your responsible for, whatever it is/was thank you both!)

Portman is that the handle that comes with the Bushlore or is it custom?

Yes that is the factory walnut handle. It fits my hand good and is very smooth. There's also a green micarta. I though the walnut was more bushie style. I may do a cherry or do a cherry and take a torch to it to get a black and golden style. Might just leave it as well. I'm glad I got it though. Great knife!

Thanks, and thanks to RemyKaze for letting me try out the mini version. Get the feeling this might be my christmas/birthday present to myself this year. Unless i lose self control and impulse buy a spyderco hungarian first ;)
 
Since everyone is taking weather id like to say that it's finally been 0° here for the past couple days.

Its our first real cold front of the year but it could be better..
