Totally don't mean to come off rude, buddy. But post #1230 was me calling dibs on the Kershaw tool. Just wanted to bring it to your attention in case you missed it.
Grownstar are you taking the whole lot?

Hey Dog if you need it man, take it. I was going to hopefully use just the clips.

What kinda clips are you looking for, my man?
1.Does anyone want or need my extra Kershaw tool? T6 T8 and the phillips inside the keychain.
2.I also have a bag of spare knife parts, benchmade clip a few low riders, spyderco body screws And a bunch of other random parts...
I will take a low rider clip. If its for a Benchmade...
I was hoping to get a low rider clip for my Grip. I have two 810 clips that I got from Benchmade, but I don't feel comfortable asking for more. I put those on my 9100 and my 975.
The HS2000 was sold for $270 as a promotional move to get people to buy it. Once people realized how good it was, the price started to climb, then SA took over and jacked the price up to match the quality of the gun. What kind of price difference between them? I've had a couple of XD's over the last few years and settled on the 4" .40. I don't remember paying a ton of money for it. Maybe just over $300 new which I thought was pretty reasonable. Not sure what they go for now though.
I carry a Contego and a Presidio on a regular basis, so the Cryo 2 didn't feel that heavy. Compared to my 940, though, it's a lead weight! The cryo 2 is a tank but it is HEAVY. Well was for me anyway
The anodizing has worn off is all. I'm not sure if you can get the scales off without all the working springing apart or not, but if you can, you can have them reanodized almost any color you want:![]()
I'm not putting this up for grabs or anything because my boyfriend gave it to me and it's special but can someone tell me how I could possibly cover up all the chipped off spots? This probably sounds like a stupid question but I am totally new to knives and owning them and handling them and stuff so excuse me if I'm too "noob" haha.
The trick is to brace your fingers against the pocket clip when you pull the Axis lock back. That will help you hold onto it.I have to hold it with two hands or else itll fly out and try to stab me in the feet. I've had two close calls with that haha. It's the only auto knife I have. The other one is a fixed blade.
I ask for 4 at a time. They bend much too easily, IMO, and I tend to go through them pretty fast when they catch on the seatbelt, a hole in the couch, a table corner, etc.I was hoping to get a low rider clip for my Grip. I have two 810 clips that I got from Benchmade, but I don't feel comfortable asking for more. I put those on my 9100 and my 975.
That would be a heck of an explanation in the ER![]()
Lol, half of the doctors know me by name already. I'm accident prone when it comes to sharp objects.
Several pages back there was some talk of (and one or two being given) the Svord Peasant, I had heard of them but never saw one or even knew it was a FF, after being intrigued by the plastic handle and the FF and a quick search netted them new for <$20 shipped I now have a orange poly one on the way and can't wait to get to play with it!
It'll be my first FF, i really can't believe the price, I hope quality is good on my sample tho, has anyone else gotten a recent production, poly handled one, how do they fair vs. the older ones that seem to be so well praised?
Well just remember, the pointy end is the part that points away from you. Never cut towards yourself. And never cut anything (like an apple) while you are holding it.![]()
Yeeeeah, but that just means it loves you.Mine is a PIF knife (thanks Remy!) so I don't know how old it is but I REALLY like it so far. Great edge and something about the simplicity appeals to me. Don't try to "learn" how to open it one handed after you have had a few though![]()
Guess I missed out on this one.The kershaw tool is self explanatory for someone that does not have those bits.
As for the parts. No blur parts. Plus most parts are easy to come by these days. The benchmade clip is just a standard clip. The screws go to the para mili tenacious, the low riders and other parts are just random and maybe an 0350 pivot in there and a teflon washer. I just dont need all this crap. That the Best I can say. They go as a whole.
