Yep just looking at the Cryo II, I really like the ergonomics of it! There's something magical when blade and handle flow together so well.
I PIF'd my Cryo 2 because it was a bear to disengage the lock with my left hand. I'm so bloody left-handed, though, that it isn't funny. That's why I like the Axis lock so much. The only liner lock I have is my lefty Benchmade mini-AFCK.
I just paid forward a mini AFCK off the books so to speak, found it in a dark corner of my collection practically unused. Went to a deserving member though. I have another that i was abused, am going to try to coax it back to a presentable condition. Great design

That sir, is just too cool
Hey guys got a "what to get next" question but I value you guy's oppinion more than a bunch of random people I'd get if I started a new thread...
The two choices are a spyderco Caly 3.5 (VG-10) which would be another knife in my EDC rotation (and im guessing get lots of pocket time) or a Matriarch 2 wave which would be carried in a [secondary, behind my pistol] SD roll (so carried every day but not really used much). What to do...?
PiF'ing a LNIB Opinel No. 10, Beechwood handles, carbon steel blade.
If you've never held or used an Opinel you're in for a real treat.
I love Opinels.

ALLHSD should get the opinel. You're gonna love it especy once you put some loving mods into it. Email if you need any recs on ways to play/tune em to your liking. I recommend Boiled linseed oil soap after sanding down to 600.
