Attention Pick a Color! Any Color!!

My preference and vote has been for white/ivory, but I'm going to change it, probably to brown.

cbr1000 , if there was a way to make the black cherry more cherry red and less black I could vote for it. However, it reminds me of my black plum 47 Mustang. You have to hold it under a spotlight to see the color, otherwise it just looks black.

I still like the idea of white sawcut and dying it to my liking, it just doesn't seem like the polls are going that way. My vote is subject to change to white/ivory if it does trend that direction

I think its a '77 F250, and I agree the '69-70 Mustangs was the meanest looking ones ever built. Unfortunately none of these are mine lol, I googled the pics. I'm an old truck and jeep fanatic but a 70 Boss 429 is definitely my "grail" car

I'm going to have to look up examples of each of these. This is turning into a brown vs red battle, but I think there's some of those colors that are varying amounts of both colors combined. Some of those Autumn colored brownish/goldish/reddish handles turn out beautifully.

All these pics of brown cars and trucks.... the adjectives we typically described such brown vehicles back then started with an S or a D! Makes for a BLEGH knife as well!

Doesn’t anyone remember the Rockford Files and the Brown Firebird? If all you red voters come over to brown we’ll have a great knife.

I think whatever direction the knife goes it will most likely be awesome. I do have a minor reservation with red since there are past examples that end up pink (and red is NOT my favorite color by any means).

But hopefully there will be good options whichever color wins. And yes a huge Thank you to Charlie and everyone that step up to handle the hard work for these.

I will always think we missed a golden opportunity at an extremely sexy knife with the smooth ivory option!!! (are we ABSOLUTELY sure that's off the table???) ... I know ... I know!

If we don’t have confidence that GEC can do red without being pink, I definitely don’t have any confidence in being able to do it myself.
