Potential Thief on Ebay - SCAM

I was just wondering? This thread is about “This is your area to tell about your experiences (Good or Bad) with dealers, sellers, and individuals you've bought, sold, and traded with.” Did these two people do any of this? I am a newbie so I don’t know and I joined the site just to play. I am a gun guy and don’t know about knives (other than “Cold Steel”, “Anza” and “Busse”) I bought an “ASH #568.

I did make a knife once, from a Ford 1978 P/U ½ of a leaf spring. I used a file to shave off the extra metal, heat treated the spring steel, brass hilt, and used sex screws to affix the handles. It is an anchor (over 18”), I told my wife I could make one so I did. I am not a knife maker and from my description you know what I am telling you is a fact….

TY for the 411. I will try to do my best in the future. I don’t think I am a knife maker. I like blades but don’t have the passion to be a maker. I did the one to prove the wife wrong and nearly pulled two muscles trying to file off the extra metal. I have watched many videos on knife/sword making and I don’t think I have the skill.

HBE was responding to an email from BodySnatcher, an email which he has not posted. We don't know what threats there may have been in that email. Anyway, posting private communications is not cool unless they relate directly to the issue at hand.

we may never know why all this did happen

But what's for certain, like cards in a hand
If these threats continue some butts will get BANNED!!!
So save this for Blade then stand toe to toe
While I buy up knives and stay drunk thru the show..................:D:p

We don't have to speculate, or guess, or judge by previous reputation. We have facts here to work with. We don't even have to listen to what anyone else has said about BodySnatcher; his own words show his own attitude to law and ethics better than anyone else could.
 
Careful what you say you might get banned by the #1 super duper mod if he doesn't agree with you :eek:

On to another issue?...come on people, lighten up...untold numbers sell off knives, especially on ebay, using the original manufacuter's description (not to mention the average internet retailer)...since when is this even a real issue? I'm sure many here are "guilty" of the same "offense".

Anyone want to guess how old this person is? Obviously never got past a grade school education and the truly childish postings suggest early teenage years at best.
 
I am an honest seller with integrity and an acute sense of values. As I told you in my personel email to you on EBAY, I do get ideas for listings from other good ads, but I DID NOT copy your pictures and I did, indeed, have a BUSSE Badger E for sale. EBAY cancelled my auction and then reinstated it because there was no foundation to your claims. I have no idea what pictures you sent to anyone years ago, however, these were my own, no matter how "poor" you think they were. What is horrible now is that these unfounded accusations are hurting my business and my family. My family has googled my name and it says "Potential Thief". This is slander and I have asked Blade Forums to remove any such reference as there is no foundation and it is an insult and unwarranted. I try very hard to provide a good service with honesty and integrity. How would you like it if I called you names and posted unfounded accusations all over the web for all to see? Regarding the ad, how many ways can you describe an identical product without sounding similar - the manufacturers description is the manufacturers description!! I not only sell purses and clothes, althought that is my current product. I have sold MANY great knifes in the past. Check my feedback - it is nearly perfect, with the only negative being for an item I purchased and didn't receive. All of my sales are 100%! Now you are all into this "stupid" testosterone driven rampage and all it is doing is hurting me an my reputation. STOP -- PLEASE BLADE FORUMS REMOVE THIS THREAD!! I HOPE SOMEONE READS THIS WHO HAS SOME SENSE AND ENDS THIS!!
