I don't know what to say in a situation like this. I'm at a loss. People don't do a damn bit of research, they don't look out for themselves. They want to save someone a few bucks and for what?

Mail fraud is a federal offense. If you do nothing, he wins. He is committing fraud and is using the USPS as a tool to complete the deceptive transactions. You owe it to yourselves to fight for your property. I'm pretty sure no one gave you the items in question and they are not illegal to buy, sell, or own. Get on the ball guys, no one is going to do this for you.
