Recently got back from a road trip through five states. Met up with some guy named
SpyderPhreak
at a car show and spent the day drooling over classic cars, good times!
The kids classic car bug has been growing, especially my boy's and I wanted to take them to a big show. He can hold his own in makes and models. We've been to some local Montana ones but they are usually pretty small. The GoodGuys show in Colorado didn't disappoint. Great show with pretty high standards, everything there was top notch. I do like seeing people's projects but I have to admit when you're going down a line of beautiful classics and there's an '86 Celica tucked in with 4k worth of wheels and a bolt on exhaust it can be distracting

.
This show had some insane cars. Jared and I considered stealing a beautiful 68 Roadrunner but figured my son didn't need a record yet though I don't think Smokey could have caught up with us in a 500ci stroker motor. There is though always that chance that Buford T. is on the job.
It was great spending the day with you Jared, Roy and I had a lot of fun.
