Jared is the only "principal" of record for, and agent for, Copiousity, LLC.
Copiousity registered QTRM5TR as a trademark
Copiousity (AKA QTRM5TR) through Jared claims that its factory is what turns out to be a one-story residence per public records and Google Earth images.
So no three-story factory/museum, no space program clean room - no factory anyone can find at any address EVER for Jared/Copiousity/QTRM5TR
Many imports of knives from China according to public records.
No such entity or registered brand as Quartermaster, much less any brand or entity "known worldwide as QTRMSTR EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURING" - both lies by Jared.
And Jared has a reputation in the community for lies. Reputation is a consensus, whether you reject it or not, Lone Stranger.

But you just HAVE to believe something Jared says is true, although it is increasing unclear what you believe other than anyone who attacks Jared must be wrong

Actually, in this instance, I wasn't being sarcastic. You really did confuse me with your O.J. comparison.
You've been declaring that the burden of proof is on the accuser, as if this were a court of law, yet refusing to accept circumstantial evidence which is accepted in a court of law- sometimes even outweighing eyewitness testimony. You insist that everyone else must prove a negative: i.e. that there is no US factory. Then you mock the idea that others might believe OJ could be innocent. :confused: Yeah, I'm confused.

I was being sarcastic, not calling you sarcastic. Numerous people decided the company was 100% fake and lying because they used a Mantis design. Then more did when the nowhere near conclusive shipping manifests came out, even when it was revealed that at least 2 Chinese made brands share the same roof (making any doubt cast easily explained). The Warren Thomas ordeal is the straw that broke the camel's back for me, because that is actual solid proof. The lack of licences and permits is also highly concerning, and mostly solid proof. These last two took their sweet time to come to the surface.

What I am saying is too many people believed the crap argument of barely eyebrow raising evidence (parallel to the glove not fitting being a major point), and used something very minor as definitive proof. If it was simply people saying "The company isn't really transparent enough for me to trust the company, glad you like your knife" I would have dropped it a while ago, but instead I was basically bombarded with rhetoric along the lines of "what kind of moron doesn't believe ALL THIS EVIDENCE!?" and being called a shill or generally stupid and ignorant. You can disagree with somebody while still enjoying their excitement and happiness and not generally being a jagoff.

No matter how you look at the company, a full ceramic internal, milled titanium handle, steel insert, excellently made knife for under $200 is awesome. Instead everybody had to fled their epeen and show how vocally morally superior they are while proving they are a pretty unpleasant person. This isn't much different than a vegan defecating all over a post for McDonald's, having to show everybody how great they are, and how they don't support mistreatment of workers and animals and blah blah blah.

But McDonald's says that their hamburgers are beef. If they labeled them "vegan burgers" and a vegan ate one, he would be somewhat justified, no? It's the "All parts and construction are 100% USA made" that's sticking in some craws.

100% USA made.....the 3 story knife museum, the clean rooms, the top secret security systems, the 9,000 sq ft manufacturing facility..........and most of all......the super secret mailing address posing as a Post Office Box.

Still waiting on the factory there, sport. I mean, you have to have been convinced there WAS a factory for you to be convinced they were USA made, and considering the utter lack of any kind of manufacturing facility was one of the very first pieces of evidence brought up against Quartermaster it would certainly seem like all your discussion of evidence was PURE posturing and post hoc justification of your purchase decisions unless you had SOME evidence of said factory, right?

If I had to guess what the knife museum is, I would wager its a room in the Chinese factory that makes quartermaster's stuff that houses all the knives they have imported for the purpose of replicating.

I don't know or care about the factory. I don't question the authenticity of everything, if it says it is something I am not self important enough to contradict that unless I need to. Knife is well made, price is good, I didn't care to look a gift horse in the mouth. I have had numerous US made knives that were all kinds of crap, and those are the ones I question.
