Thank you for extending this thread that proves Jared, his company Copiousity, and his brand QTRM5TR are a fraud.

"Quartermaster" never had an address. It is not an entity.

The address we checked is the address Jared repeatedly gave -- and currently gives - the public for Copiousity and the brand QTRM5TR through public registrations and his website. He also repeatedly said the knives were made in Texas.

Now you propose that he was lying about the address and about Texas because, wha? Foreign agents might attack his plat so he has to lie about where it is?

Now, as to old addresses.
First we have Copiousity's old address of 144 S Harbor Blvd Anaheim Ca 92805 A Google search of Copiousity leads us to https://www.trulia.com/homes/California/Anaheim/sold/1001174181-Condo-Anaheim-CA-92805

A Google serch for 144 S. Harbor Blvs, Anaheim, first finds:
"I own and manage this rental
I manage this rental for the owner
Claim this home as your residence
144 S Harbor Blvd Anaheim, CA is a condo home that contains 1,528 sq ft and was built in 2006. It contains 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It contains 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. "

Eventually, one finds several older references to Copiousity at that address, including the address for the recipient of eight shipments from overseas.

But enough. You maintain the factory is an some "old address" rather than the location Jared claims. It's your burden to prove this claim that Jared is lying in a different way. And here we thought he was your buddy.

What would be the agency that directly handles this specific fraud? And perhaps if enough of us called we could get jared west looked into?

He needs to go directly to jail, do not pass go, do not collect a single red cent, but instead pay legal fees and fines.

Further more, this thread is the most complete compilation of evidence against the fraud jared west that I know of.

Thanks, OP for helping jail the scumlord.

After a quick Google it appears the federal trade commission would be who to contact. Monday morning I will call.

That'd be for the fraud. Don't leave out US Customs and Border Protection for falsifying the origin of imported goods.

Just curious, had anybody done a Google maps look at the old address Quartermaster used? There isn't a very good view, but there is a pretty sizeable building there that looks like it could easily be a factory that houses equipment. The front area is also 3 stories.

I also found this, not sure what the connection is, but it's for a CNC company that mentions Quartermaster knives, but their link is dead. http://www.cnctechnologies.in/9373/quarry-rats-quartermaster-location/

As for the PO box, a business does not have to have a physical address. A PO box is bare minimum for requirements, and when I have dealt with customer service the PO box worked just fine.

LOL Apologists gonna apologize, shills gonna SHILL.

Wow. The level of cognitive dissonance here is truly staggering.

From the FTC's website:
What if I suspect noncompliance with the FTC’s Made in USA standard or other country-of-origin mislabeling? Information about possible illegal activity helps law enforcement officials target companies whose practices warrant scrutiny. If you suspect noncompliance, contact the Division of Enforcement, Bureau of Consumer Protection, Federal Trade Commission, Washington, DC 20580; (202) 326-2996 or send an e-mail to MUSA@ftc.gov (link sends e-mail). If you know about import or export fraud, call Customs’ toll-free Commercial Fraud Hotline, 1-800-ITS-FAKE. Examples of fraudulent practices involving imports include removing a required foreign origin label before the product is delivered to the ultimate purchaser (with or without the improper substitution of a Made in USA label) and failing to label a product with a required country of origin.
You also can contact your state Attorney General and your local Better Business Bureau to report a company. Or you can refer your complaint to the National Advertising Division (NAD) of the Council of Better Business Bureaus by calling (212) 754-1320. NAD handles complaints about the truth and accuracy of national advertising. You can reach the Council of Better Business Bureaus on the web at adweb.com/adassoc17.html.
Finally, the Lanham Act gives any person (such as a competitor) who is damaged by a false designation of origin the right to sue the party making the false claim. Consult a lawyer to see if this private right of action is an appropriate course of action for you.
Aside from reporting it per the above, you might also have standing to sue Quartermaster if you've purchased from them, depending on your state. At least in California, plaintiff purchasers can in certain circumstances have standing to bring “Made in the USA” false advertising claims under California’s Unfair Competition Laws and False Advertising Laws. (Kwikset Corp. v. Superior Court (2011) 51 Cal.4th 310.)

Yeah, I definitely said wow this proves you guys are all idiots. No, it's just some stuff I found in the wee hours of the morning. If it proves something either way, good. This whole discussion is unbelievably trying. All I said is that a PO box shows nothing about the business, and the prior location is large enough to be a factory.

Why don't you contact QM and ask them to provide pictures of this factory/museum. If it's for real I'm sure they'll be happy to show you. 🤗

Just to make sure we're on the same page, is this the prior location that's "large enough to be a factory", http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/227-Turkey-Dr-Dripping-Springs-TX-78620/2142526891_zpid/ ?

Show us a single picture of non residential property that has a facility large enough to be a factory AND a museum that qrtmstrwhatever the hell actually listed....

I'll wait.

Still don't get it, do you? It's clear that you don't.

It has been proven beyond a doubt that Jared is running a business from his living room wherein he imports Chinese made and packaged knives which are dropshipped to those who have ordered them. That means that people who bought them on the basis of their claims of being made 100% in America are being defrauded. It has already been clearly explained to you that their listed locations are a scam. There is no factory (well except for the one in China) and there is no showroom/museum/secret squirrel facility. Jared has made the whole thing up, and from the looks of things here, it looks like some folks are about to bring that fact* to the attention of the proper authorities.

So enjoy your Chinese made knives, shill. They might become collectors items mongst folks just like you here soon.

Wow, that's just so weird how, amongst descriptions of senses being delighted by the scent of rosemary, high ceilings, and the modern open floor plan, that there's no mention of a three story knife manufacturing facility, super NASA-age cleanroom, and secret operator museum.

I mean, you know, you'd just think that would be something that might be listed on the property listing. "Jackalope Ranch is a 6+ acre oasis...which has a large facility located on the grounds, which is staffed by a bunch of people, so half of your acreage is a parking lot."

Just seems odd that Zillow would omit all that, wouldn't you say "DKB"? At this point, I'm forced to conclude that those initials stand for "Don't Know Bupkis".

I believe I was the one who dug around on the alleged factory on the other thread a few years ago. The picture was still up on Quartermaster's web page at the time. I just googled the address & got a few real estate listings with the exact same photo as the one being used on Quartermaster's site over the description of their headquarters.

(Was meant as a reply to the OP but I didn't hit the quote button. My apologies.)
