@Psyop's sander, how tall is the platen? I thought about one of those also, but I want more power than just 1/3 hp. I like my sanders to be at least 1 hp. But the platen on my current one is a little short for some of my designs.

ever have one of those moments where u pick a knife up for the first time and think ''so THAT'S what my hand was missing!''? That just happened to me this morning.

It shares all the great attributes of the Schrade SharpFinger..but with 500% more class...and the handle is way more comfortable. I like it, I am now itching to use this on a deer....I have a feeling it's gonna be a Grade-A skinner/caper!

I know SOMEONE wants this knife. I cant seem to sell it. I might post it one more time, I think all of the new ESEE and Becker models are halting the sales of the old models.

Noticed that was a Backwoods Custom right off. Bill does some amazing work. Chris from KFU is starting back up too. Looking forward to what he cranks out.

The wife does this online survey thing, and they pay her in Amazon gift cards. I stole one, and just ordered a BK-14. Total cost, free shipping....$9.30.

It's nice. I need some more BWC's now LOL

I did notice that KFU is back, very interesting! I really like his work, I've also been looking at Breeden knives..so many great makers on here!

damn. msnbc can really spread some sunshine. Here are the "top stories" right now. Anyone else want to go live on Mars with a female Bigfoot?

Cops: Girl in toy car towed by DUI grandparents
Man in DEA custody left for days with no food, water
UN: 34 children killed in Syria since truce
Actor banned after plan to strangle puppies on stage
28 years later, man arrested for murdering wife
Heart attack kills swimming world champ, 26
ER visits after drinking may not be covered
Expert: Poor guardrails on NY road where 7 died
Analysis; For organ donation, Facebook beats the DMV
Mom, son killed hours apart in separate car accidents
Turn signal neglect a real danger, study shows
Mom charged with putting bleach in child's eyes

thats why I NEVER listen to or watch the news. EVER. If it's something important I will hear about it from someone. I didn't know what's her name had died until almost 2 weeks later....the blonde who married the rich old guy.

I never watch the news either. I do, however, see a few headlines on MSN.

ok guys, please stop calling the blue bleach etch "cliching". Im actually getting embarrassed by it now. Especially since there are tons of people before me that have done it, and i was recently talking with a famous maker who just contacted me to make sure i was doing it safely, and i was told of a man who got very sick from over exposure to the fumes and it eventually killed him. I feel like "cliching it" is very disrespectful to those that came before me, and those that were hurt before we knew of the hazards. Please just call it a blue/bleach etch. I will continue to do it of course, and doing it for others, but dont call it that anymore.

Thanks
