Really? No forum lag at all? Cool!
I think that was what screwed me up. I was anticipating forum lag, which is why I first, doublechecked my Atomic sync G-Shock with time.gov and then WAITED a few seconds after the hour before refreshing the page (a strategy that was necessary, and worked with the old server).weird right? Where am I?
Will there be any remnants like with the K18 that could be turned into something cool?
I asked, he said not this time.
I've seen some old prunes in my day, but I ain't peelin nuthin that needs a D3V peeler^ Are you certain? I wouldn't put much stock into what he quips. I think that there will be enough material left over for Matthew Gregory's collaborative (genius) idea: The CPK-Raisin Peeler.
True...he doesn't seem to have any idea what 2 weeks means^ Are you certain? I wouldn't put much stock into what he quips.
I'm sorry, who are you again?^ Are you certain? I wouldn't put much stock into what he quips. I think that there will be enough material left over for Matthew Gregory's collaborative (genius) idea: The CPK-Raisin Peeler.
Yes. Material hold down features that we can use to stabilize the blade during the cuts. These will be removed and discarded. I'm sorry, there are no daggers hiding in this layout.
I'm sorry, who are you again?
from the man himself..........

Moving this over here.Oof... that was you? I honestly couldn't recall who it was.
Man, if I was in your shoes, I'd be removing the scales on my CPKs, drilling/machining a shallow hole inside one scale, juuust sized to fit something like an AirTag (or similar), then putting the scales back on. (Come to think of it, if you can find small versions, they might even fit in the skeletonization holes. Pad 'em so they don't rattle). No more lost/stolen CPKs.
IIRC, battery life is good for ~1 year? So, no different than getting in the habit of replacing CR2032s yearly, in equipment that uses them.
