Afternoon CoCKs! Me and the boy got up early and went to the local gold and gem prospectors show this morning. He panned his own pan and found some flake all by himself. Dad got a new gold pan also.

I know that getting shingles isn’t fun, but man, the second Shingrix vaccine has kicked my ass. I don’t think it helped much that my son gave me his cold about the same time. I’m on day three of feeling puny, but getting better.

And now they’re also asking me to schedule a colonoscopy. Yay.

Getting old sucks, but I guess it beats the alternative…..
