Not a cake, but green tomato pie is pretty tasty!

My dad grew up in Oklahoma and when he joined the Army Air Forces in 1945 a couple of his buddies would talk about tomato pie, which sounded gross to a redneck raised on peach pie, apple pie, cherry pie, etc. Of course after he tried it, he loved it.

I’m only 5’2” and I’m Norse and French.

From what I heard through the grapevine they said they start cutting tomatoes in about two weeks. No word yet on the Julienne process.

Ever wonder how many chicken eggs are equivalent to one ostrich egg ? It seems that Robert knows......as well as what the going price is for an ostrich egg !

I used to stop there all the time on motorcycle rides from our apartment on Key Biscayne down to the Everglades and back...usually Sunday mornings.

Their shakes and smoothies were great.

I think they might have sold out at 3:00:10. I tried to get my order in for a tomato but there was a line ahead of me already when I got there.

I don't see with a big deal is. It's just a stupid tomato.

Looks like you'll need to adapt and BYOT next time assuming the burgers were good ! Don't forget a knife to slice said tomato.
