Or, get a BatteryMinder, which can do both.
In that case, another option is that there are solar versions for the same thing. They trickle charge the vehicle battery using a solar panel attached, or just placed on the roof.

Haha. Mine had a heated front windshield. I’ve never seen that on any other vehicle. If you focused on it there were wires going through the glass.

That sounds pretty great - I may need to find such wizardry, I don't mind drinking from the can inside an insulated holder, but out of a glass that is also insulated sounds fantastic!
