Still waiting for a vintage Spyderco that I bought off of eBay 10 days ago, which has taken 9 days to get from Roseville, IL to Columbus OH. 🤷‍♂️

This is 589 miles going east in the wrong direction, which would have taken only 9 hrs & 6 mins to drive by car/truck.

Never saw a USPS package delayed for "postage assessment" either . . . 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

At this rate I'm just hoping that it will be delivered to me in CA by the end of August.

LOL! ;)

"Holy shit!" was my thought seeing this today.

Yes, that's a motorbike with winch on the back and the tires are 46" tall if you were curious.

Thought about buying an Expedition 4x4 like that when I was really into off-roading but the buy-in cost of about $200K put me off. 🤷‍♂️

But it's a GREAT rig if you can afford it!

For examples, see: https://expeditionmeister.com/for-sale/expedition-trucks

Of course, US based rigs are even more expensive: https://earthroamer.com/pre-roamed/

Hmmm… hadn’t thought of using it during workouts.

I recall seeing a segment in a documentary about the palm coolers being used by some NFL teams.

I also still have the phase change cold packs I made last year, for the cooling vest. I think I’ll try this out with tomorrow’s lifting session. That bit about the Vietnamese guy going from 180 pull-ups to 616 pull-ups in 6 weeks is inspiring.
Tried using the neck cooler AND the cold packs for my hands during the lifting session earlier today. No difference in total number of reps at the same weights as last week.

I’ll keep trying it for a few weeks to see if it makes any difference for me. Having the gym in the basement is convenient for that.
