Update on the USPS delivery that I've been waiting for for 11 days.. It only took 1 day for it to get from Columbus, OH to my PO in CA but this is what that box looked like then it arrived.

It was bashed in significantly on one end but the factory box, which was already in shabby shape, didn't seemed to be additionally damaged by the poor handling. The knife itself is fine & I'll post pics of it elsewhere later.

You always hear/read about USPS horror stories but this is personally the worst delivery (in terms of time & handling) of a USPS pkg that I've ever experienced but at least it got here.

I suggest a new BF rule: no knife + gun photos with a loaded gun pointed at the photographer.

As long as it’s not a P320, it should be fine.

If you have ever worked at a package handling center/hub or at least seen the operation, you would understand what happened. When there is a pile up of packages or a sudden belt stoppage, you have literally tons of moving packages that suddenly stop when they hit the blockage. We would have nightly stoppages at the hub I once worked at. There will be blood when billions of packages are being shipped.

10 days to OH via snail mail, 1 day from OH to CA via catapult?

Correction: 1 day to Oakland & another day to my PO from Columbus -- so it took 2 days to get to me from Columbus but still took 9 days from Roseville, IL via Chicago to Columbus. And they delayed it for a postage check even though the label clearly shows it as a Priority Mail delivery.

Isn't Priority Mail delivery supposed be "guaranteed" w/in 2-3 days?

Well, I only got that after the pkg reached Columbus before that I really don't know WFT happened to this pkg.
