Without any recent public input from st49ers I guess it is time to get at least the USPS involved , I have been patient and gotten not one responce of what is being done to get the knives from Knoxville and reperation if the knives if the knives are not going to be retrieved. My knive is a 4 year old Busse Combat Badger Attack with Greenish handle and gray blade and it has never done any thing but be looked at , a tank of gas or few phone calls has got to be cheaper than replacing it or even bail money.
 
i heard from him this morning via email. he said that his mom was shipping the knives and he'd recently called her, but got her voicemail. waiting to hear back.
 
I emailed him with basicly the same message as my last post , I hope he doesn't lollygag on this I have waited patiently being nice.
 
Oh no, the "Mom" enters the saga and of course "Mom is going to ship the knives" had to happen :rolleyes:

With all the trouble Mr. 49er has gotten into allowing others to handle his business one wonders why he would not be the one shipping everything back.

Also, is 49er making a trip to Tenn to get those knives returned also? Since it is his reputation (???) at stake on multiple forums, one would again think a trip to Tenn would be in order to handle that end personally. And while there make a visit to the local Police Department.

Of course this is what a totally and completely honest person truly victimized by a scumbag relative would do. In this case I am of the opinion the "totally and completely" honest person is NOT 49er!!!!
 
As near as I can figure, 5 out of 8 people, including at least one who shipped to TN (edit: I'm pretty sure I was mistaken about this :o), have received their knives back or have been made right through trade or UPS call back. I think things look good- or at least better- for those who are still waiting.

It's hard to say what is going on with so little input from St49ers. Could be his mom is the one who "intercepted" the packages going to TN and is responsible for shipping them to him. Could be it is all a lie. Either way, people are getting their property back just as St49ers said they would from his from his first post in this thread, from even before the insults and threats began.

I personally wouldnt care if he emailed me back if the knives were coming back in...i can see how it would be stressful though, nothing is worse then a lack of communication when something like this is happening.

have anymore been showing up as defrauded from other sites or are all parties involved on here now?
 
Why are we still getting complaints about how he's doing this? People are seeing their property returned, that's the biggest problem out of the way. We don't know what ST49ers is going through or why he can't be in two places at once (:rolleyes:) and I personally don't care. Top priority is getting the knives returned. There will be plenty of time afterwards for gossip, if anyone who matters still cares.

Let's keep this on topic. So far we have no evidence that this is a scammer who's running away with anyone's property.
