Would it not at this point be an FBI issue (assuming it never gets resolved) since it took place in multiple states with the possible intention of transporting stolen goods and money across state lines?

Or will the FBI not investigate if the Postal Inspectors can handle the issue?

I'm just curious.

Mail fraud, internet fraud using the mails, etc. will be the Postal Inspectors and make no mistake, they are still federal agents. It is no less serious than if the FBI were involved. I believe any theft charges on top of that will be up to his local police department(s).

ST49ERS would be a total moron, or running scared, not to post an update with some verifiable information at this point.

Do you guys have Marlin's (or Merlin) full information? The picture you painted here is that 49er is the victim of an evil relative and there is/was no culpable state of mind on his part and therefore not guilty of any criminal conduct.

Therefore, it would be the cousin you file against with Law Enforcement and they use Chis Haworth as their star witness in order to pursue a conviction against Merlin/Marlin.

I am sure at this point 49ER would do the right thing
 
A picture painted by 49er , could be a ruse seeking sympathy , same with adding his mom to the mix and oh by the way the check is in the mail, tommorrow morning I go to the post office.
 
hi, im not sure what all ihave missed, but i just got back from vaca. the mail was stopped so i should know tomorrow if my knives have came like they were supposed to. i didnt however get any emails from st49ers
 
I sent Chris a emailm at his 49er addy this am and got an answer that the knives will be delevired to him personnally on Saterday the 26th.

I've emailed him a couple of times too, but no response.

I am going to try his phone number and see if I can get an answer if I get some time today.
 
it didnt come while i was gone. idk what i should do about it now. im emailing him so hopefully he responds. i mean you guys have his address in ohio right? he lives a couple hours from me and it would be worth drive to get my $300 worth of knives back
 
Sweet Hitch--hiker as the tales goes the knives are still in Knoxville but now will be mailed to him personnal and be in Ohio on 26 december. This information is from a reply to an email I got from 49er yesterday.

The knives will be on their way home just after Christmas!!! (insert emoticon of choice---------> here<---------)

Wolfie it is the language of the real world , you stated that the knives would be on their way right after Christmas , why else would you say that except that you had insider or personnal information from 49er or cousin (primo) pick your relationship. You come in here and have your fun at others misery and then get all upset when you find out that you are expected to be serious by some , why don't you go some where and practice being serious.:yawn:

So unless you are posting bullshiit, the knives WILL be on their way back to the original owners. That's your statement, my opinion is they will never make it home.

As for your "language of the real world" if you talk like that at work you either work in a Junior high School, a mall ninja training center or are a just plain uneducated french frie fryer. In my world people talk so that others have a freaking clue and in my world they write with some basic punctuation, sentence structure and not like they are sending fan mail to Eminem and 50 cent.

if i dont hear anything by monday i think i might have to go after him for mail fraud. by that time itll be 3 weeks since his last email to me
