REF: Screwthe49ers, who else in the pass week is on the same boat?

I still haven't received a response from him much less my knife I either traded him for or the ones I sent so fuck all the pity party. So unless you are on the receiving end of getting screwed by this mother fucker, keep your fucking opinion of what people need to say to your damn self. I have been in uncompromisable situations overseas and have responded at least w/ in a week to people regarding trades, so fuck an excuse for this guy. Send my shit back Mr 49ers! Ass crack. This is not eighth grade.Buck up people.

No one suggests he be in two places at once, why that would be impossible!! He handles his business at home and handles the mess he is a HUGE part of in Tenn. The smell is still bad and the quack still loud even if one person is out his stuff in the end, 49er should not be applauded or rewarded.
Again, my opinion is that he is full of poop, just as others think he is a victim of his evil cousin Merlin (might as well be Merlin the magician since 49er has told all zippo about the mysterious Merlin). I have my opinion, even if I am in the supreme minority (I don't care if i am the only one here on BFC)

My position will not change; screw the sweet talk, it is time to get busy if you are out your property. Every day you lay hope on 49er to get your knives back and do nothing the matter gets colder, older and the chances for success smaller (My sole opinion, opinion, opinion.....Only)
And if you think I have jeopardized the return of the property because of my opinion, it is my opinion (again) that is BS!!!! If you are going to see all the property returned or almost all returned it has nothing to do with what I say..............

49er need not be in two places at once, he can hop in a motor vehicle, take a bus, steal a plane and get to his cousins shack in Tenn in under a day and get dem der knibes back befur Merlin pawns em for Xmas money.
 
i was following this thread, and i can understand them getting mad -
using foul language.
it is just interesting. i have seen same stories on several other knife - watch
and flashlight forums.
these forums seem to attract mentally unstable, manic depressive scamers
that slept on MunchHausens story chest.

the heartbreaking excuse - stories i have heared are heartbreaking !
this guy here is a scamer, and the only reason why some got their knives back,
is because this guy feels the ice getting thin.

Emailed him the following last night around midnight and haven't gotten a reply.

I need an update with some solidarity to getting my knives back. Otherwise, I am going to start pursuing legal action.

Anhyone hear if MOMS come through in the clinch , I still have not heard any thing from Chris. I would think a unityed front from those still without there knives is in order.

Good idea. Maybe we could get posts from each member who hasn't gotten property back and the last member to get an actual email response from Chris about anything could send him that list, pending legal action.
 
I had told you guys i would not post his phone number but his communication has become a problem. I have recieved my knife back so mabye calling him helped. Hope this helps guys,


EDIT: I went ahead and searched for him again. I got the number. PM me for it if you have not recieved your knife. Not giving it out until i verify your part of this mess (via my list on an earlier page)

This guys handle ought to be worth an infraction, that alone should have been warning enough something was not right.

I think this is the best way to handle it. Only people with skin in the game need that phone #, not any bystanding nuts in the peanut gallery, including myself of course. A united front of victims filing reports simultaneously, would make quite an impact with the local police dept. Good luck to all, I hope you get your personal items back.

If everyone who's into Chris with knives/knife will please post what they haven't gotten back here, that with give us a monetary value of what we're missing.

I'm missing an Emerson Horseman, Spyderco Civilian, and Spyderco Caly III ZDP-189 carbon fiber. I would classify them all in excellent condition.

I'm not sure if the Union PD will assist with cases involving goods shipped to TN. One, it's not their jurisdiction and two, it supposedly didn't involve screwthe49ers. It wouldn't hurt to ask the Union PD for their view.

Yes, it looks like it should be a 2 pronged attack, I still say simultaneos to both P.D.'s Since it is a two state issue, you may want to ask both P.D.'s if they want to share/deal/correspond/coordinate with each others P.D.'s efforts to get the merchandise back. (If they are willing to do that of course). Good luck! If you guys involved can get all of your pictures, email correspondence with STFNers, bills of sale when you bought the knives, shipping forms/reciepts of when, who and where you sent them, copy and pasted onto one word doc. and then convert it to a PDF format (so the doc is smaller for email), you can then build a very big case that will get more attention. You can call your social group, "Unscrew the 49ers". The worst you could do is to do nothing.
