Thank you. I agree, that’s entirely consistent with my previous posts and I have made clear there was no quid pro quo, there was no request, there was no leverage to demand it and no willing participant to agree to it.ArcticWolf7 , From my standpoint the problem of deleting posts is that it removes important info on a fellow members behavior. The behavior warranted starting this thread and from the looks of it the only reason this was resolved was this thread (read peer pressure, or a eternal crime scene thread).
Removing the post hides this important info from other members and has a quid pro quo look to it , the seller un-screws the buyer and gets the crime scene gets cleaned up in return. I have no problem doing whatever legally needs to be done to recoup your loss, but then you can clearly post what was required to get made whole. If you were not required to do so, then removing posts ends up hurting forum member, some of whom came to your aid.
Brendtech189 was clearly the problem here and was banned, no one gives a sh#t about any inference drawn about Ryan Smoliak and neither should you.
As far as the inferences, I personally could care less, however, while BF has no exposure because of the laws that protect sites that provide a platform but not the content, I posted many things ie pics, texts and communications and in instances where I can, I do prefer to keep legal exposure to a minimum.
